How to Request Your Data Deletion

If you have interacted with Electroinfotech through our website or our automated WhatsApp messaging services and wish to purge your data, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an explicit data deletion request via email to: shaikhejazulhaq@gmail.com.
  2. Use the subject line: "WhatsApp Business API - Data Deletion Request".
  3. Provide your mobile number (linked with your WhatsApp profile) in full international format (e.g., +91 XXXXX XXXXX).

What Data Will Be Deleted?

Upon receiving your authenticated request, our technical team will systematically clear the following records within 48 to 72 hours:

  • Your mobile phone number from our active communication directories.
  • Your WhatsApp profile display name.
  • All archived text communication history, media, and transactional logs linked to your chat node.

Retention Exclusions

Please note that we only retain records that are strictly necessary to comply with legal, financial, or regulatory obligations (such as billing logs or tax documentation for active software development clients) under local frameworks in India.

Confirmation Process

Once your deletion request has been processed and executed successfully by our backend operations, a final data purge confirmation receipt will be delivered to your registered email address.
