  • Active Opt-In: Messaging interactions are initiated strictly based on your explicit, affirmative consent. We do not engage in cold spam distribution or utilize scraped mobile numbers.
  • Acceptable Interaction Cadence: Outbound messages will align dynamically with ongoing project updates or specific user-triggered inquiries to minimize unnecessary chat alerts.
  • Immediate Unsubscribe Option: You hold absolute authority over your messaging preferences. You may terminate communication at any moment by text-replying with the keyword "STOP". Upon receipt, our API systems will immediately execute the restriction, removing your number from the active messaging queue.
  • No Emergency Use: In strict alignment with the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, our chat infrastructure is not built for, nor should it be used to report, emergency services or vital public safety notices.

4. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct

When communicating through our forms or our API communication streams, you agree not to submit material that is fraudulent, defamatory, malicious, or in direct violation of regional communications laws or intellectual property rights.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Electroinfotech shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, service interruptions, or data latency originating from external network operations or third-party service nodes.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of the use of our services shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the regional courts holding authority over our physical business portfolio location.
